Christmas 2010

There wasn't any snow on Christmas Eve, but a down pour was enough to keep both the boys and Rachel happy!

We made a Ginger Bread House in anticipation of Santa's visit.

We made sure that the reindeer had plenty of food. (By the way, it was all gone the next day!)

It all worked. Santa found us at our new home!

Roly Poly

Roly Poly hunting has quickly become one of Jordan's favorite activities, so if anyone is in need of a roly poly hunter, Jordan and I have got it down to a science. Just give us a call.

San Antonio Zoo

Preston decided to go for a swim. He walked around in a diaper the rest of the day. Good thing it was almost 80 degrees outside!

Excited to be at the Zoo!

Jordan's Photography

Jordan wanted to share his photography. He just grabs the camera and goes. He didn't have any help or coaching. He placed Puppy where he wanted him and started snapping pictures. He obviously got his mother's talent and artistic eye.

Winter Break

Just a few highlights from our past four months in San Antonio. We've made it to the Riverwalk, The Alamo, and by far the most important... SHAMU. The boys can't stop talking about Shamu and Sea World. Texas has been a lot of fun and we enjoy every day here. Oh and it doesn't hurt that today is the 10th of December and it is 75 degrees outside!

Preston Puts His Pants on All by Himself...Sort of

I finally got a spare moment! Or just got of my duff and put forth an effort. Either way you view it, here is a video for your entertainment. Preston has gotten super independent to compliment his lovely attitude. Enjoy!

TRAIN TRACKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christmas was a big hit this year, and by far Jordan's favorite toy of all time are the trains and train tracks that he got form three different Grandmas this year. Thank you Grandmas! We have hours of fun and have gotten good at using them all and making fun designs for the trains.

As you can see, they cover the whole living room, not just part of it, the whole thing! We have to play with them when Preston is asleep or else he plays the role of Godzilla and crushes everything.

This is our Big, Big Bridge. by far our greatest design. Mom was nice enough to let us use her movies. Better to ask forgiveness then permission.

Winter Fun

Alright so its been awhile, I'm sorry. Apparently studying for the LSAT and applying to law schools wasn't a valid excuse for some! I vow to do better. It has been a fun few months. Let's start with the winter fun. Jordan loves the snow and finally got his dad (who hates the snow) to venture outdoors and play in it with him. We must have been outside for four hours building snowmen and the snow train, but it was worth it.

We had to quit because we ran out of snow in the back yard!

I don't know who that third snow child is, he must be the neighbor kid or something. I tried to tell Jordan that it was just mom, dad, Jordan and Preston but he insisted we add another one. Maybe he knows something I don't.

What fine craftsmanship! One hundred percent handmade.
